a 'flow with me :' subscription includes 4 yoga flow airdrops / month. we will aim for WEEKLY drops but sometimes life happens so one week might be none and the next might be two and maybe it will be a meditation one time rather than a yoga flow and that's ok, ok?
yoga flows will typically be vinyasa based but this is subject to change based on the week and over time.

Post-Lift Stretch SeshThis was the longest post-lift stretch that I have ever done - so I apparently just need to film them more to hold myself accountable.

While this flow might not be "simple" the first time through, we take it super slow and work toward smooth and steady transitions and breath between postures. If you choose to practice this flow multiple times, you will easily be able to move more fluidly as you know where you are going and newer movements won't take as much effort of the mind :)Jul 11, 2024

lets get physical - power vinyasa flowA longer vinyasa flow that will take you through a proper warm up, some core work, your beloved sun salutations a + b, warrior series, some further opening into the hips, and a cool down + savasana.
This flow had me sweaty and a little breathy - it isn't an "easy" flow but you also don't need to be an advanced yogi to give it a go! Take it as you want it and modify when desired. Just be ready to feel nice and juicy afterward :) Jun 20, 2024

scandasana with a side of flowwe get right into movement with this short flow! working into the wrists at the start to warm them up and then opening into the hips and legs with a flow between low lunges + scandasana + high lunges. short and sweet is this one :) i hope you enjoy!
recommended for intermediate + advanced yogis or if you know your modifications!

simple with a little funka simple flow at its core with familiar postures and slow flowing. a little bit of funk introduced into the transitions to keep you on your toes and try something new! give it a go no matter your level and try it more than once to start to move more freely once you learn the flow.May 31, 2024
slightly spicy balance + stregthThis flow is one of those that gives you back exactly what you put into it! If you put in the effort to make each posture as active as possible, you'll be sweaty in no time and feel the burn! Working on some balance as well as building strength in the legs and hip flexors. Slow Mandala Flow + Yin FusionThe first half of this class is a series of postures to warm up the body, leading into a slow mandala flow. Mandala flow meaning that we work through a circular flow that leads us to face the back of our mat and then back to the front and then again on the other side, in the opposite direction. The second half of class is a yin practice. Slowing down our practice even further to hold each posture for 3-5 minutes.
