What is Compassion in the Code?

It's a book on Conscious Leadership. It's programming to help builders find grounding and stillness in our chaotic world so they can BUIDL.

It's a conversation about how we collectively co-regulate in community so we can do the difficult work of regeneration.

It's my attempt at transmuting rage into beauty.

Rage about what?

Injustice. Inequality. Dumb ass casino bullshit masquerading as "industry leaders". Web2 growth marketers cosplaying as web3 leaders-- destroying the very counter-culture we all hold so dear in order to meet KPIs or OKRs.

Rage against weaponized algorithms, centralized power, appropriation and crimin' asshats. Rage against the fact that my generation has to fight for power because boomers are clinging to the keys of the hellscape they created and will not let GenX fix it.

This project will be a fascinating journey. I have no idea where this leads or what it even looks like. I simply know that the rage needs to manifest into something powerful that will benefit the collective. The rage must become something beautiful— that’s how my art manifests. Always.

Perks? Sure. Kinda.

While I’m not a huge fan of subscriber perks, because they place a strange dynamic on the creative process, I do have the following perks in place for supporters, beyond massive waves of gratitude for supporting my art:

25% share of revenue with subscribers.

Special Content: Token-Gated Access to a resource portal with strategic AI prompts and edited for humanity research rabbit holes on the topics I’m focusing on for my book Explorations of Conscious Leadership by an Accidental Technologist [portal coming soon].

Recognition: ENS/Or Name printed in the book and on any digital book delivery formats under the “Supporter” section.

QAs: Occasional (monthlyish) Virtual QA sessions for subscribers to explore the topics in the book in depth.

Random NFT Art from my photojournalism archives. No idea what, when or how-- but rando airdrops will occur because-- we can.

Let's do this. Our ecosystem needs a guidebook to help our communities navigate the chaos of collapse with kindness, compassion and ferocity.

The image in this NFT was created in a vintage clothing shop stumbled upon while wandering the streets of Istanbul with my colleagues at DevConnect in 2023.
