• The goal is to support you efficiently, often completing most requests within 2 business days.

Request Management:

• You can submit multiple requests, but we’ll prioritize and handle them one by one.

• Most requests are completed within 2 business days.

• Complex requests may take longer, but I’ll communicate timelines clearly.

Progress Tracking:

All requests are converted into tasks within Alfafren.

Monitoring:

You can track and monitor progress directly in Alfafren at any time.

Communication

• No calls or scheduling hassles.
